Thank you to everyone who attended the event – it was fantastic to see such a strong turnout, with nearly 100% attendance from our invited firms. The energy and engagement in the room were clear from the outset, with a diverse mix of senior leaders, managers and champions discussing strategies for user engagement, technical rollouts, and how to set teams up for success.
Our plenary session set the tone for the day, with interactive presentations, quizzes, and polls that encouraged everyone to share their perspectives. The afternoon’s group discussions allowed for candid conversations about implementation journeys, best practices, and the challenges and successes experienced across firms.
And of course, it was great to catch up with you all at The Globe afterwards and continue these conversations in a more relaxed setting!
